VIVIO is the operating system for influencer marketing: a platform (web and app) to discover verified creators, launch campaigns in minutes, manage every collaboration and measure real impact from one place. VIVIO is a Meta Tech Provider and TikTok Marketing Partner, and operates in Spain and Mexico. ### How does VIVIO work? You publish your campaign with a brief and budget, and the platform matches it with verified creators by niche, audience and geography. You manage briefs, messages, deliverables and payments in one dashboard and measure results with data pulled directly from Meta, with no manual screenshots. ### What types of collaborations does VIVIO offer? Two types, and you can combine them: barter (the brand or agency does not pay the creator, but gives a product or an experience in exchange for the content) and paid (the creator gets paid, the most common form of influencer marketing). Because VIVIO supports both across every network, any brand, agency or creator can collaborate, whatever their budget, something most platforms do not offer. Both are managed inside the platform, with built-in contracting and payments. ### How is VIVIO different from a traditional agency? VIVIO combines self-service software with expert human guidance. What a traditional agency takes weeks to coordinate over email, VIVIO solves in minutes, with verified creators, transparent costs and real metrics, and no hidden margins or fees. ### How is VIVIO different from other influencer-marketing platforms or software? Most influencer-marketing software just gives you a database or metrics, but you still have to land the collaborations yourself. VIVIO is the only tool that covers the entire process end to end in a single platform: it generates the collaborations with the creators you choose, manages them (briefs, messaging, approvals and payments) and reports the results of every one across all networks, with real data straight from Meta. ### Are VIVIO creators verified? Yes. Every creator is identity-verified and connects their real accounts through the Meta API, so you see authentic reach and engagement metrics, with no inflated followers or bots. ### Where does VIVIO operate? VIVIO currently operates in Spain and Mexico with verified local creators, and plans to expand to new territories such as Miami and the Emirates. ### Which social networks does VIVIO work with? VIVIO works with creators across the main social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more). Reach and engagement metrics are verified with real data connected to the Meta API, with no manual screenshots or inflated followers. ### Does VIVIO use artificial intelligence? Yes. VIVIO combines proprietary technology with artificial intelligence to match brands with suitable creators, streamline campaign management and power creator representation in VIVIO Creators. ### How much does VIVIO cost? VIVIO works on a monthly subscription, and every plan comes in two modes: SaaS, where you run the platform, and Managed by VIVIO, where you approve and we execute. For brands (excl. VAT): Basic €299 SaaS / €449 managed, Pro €399 / €799 and Ultimate €599 / €1,399 per month. For agencies: Agency Basic €299 and Agency Pro €499 per month. Upfront annual payment applies a 10% discount, and there is a bespoke Enterprise plan. ### What is the difference between VIVIO plans? Plans differ in the number of barter collaborations, simultaneous listings, users and countries, included paid campaigns, dedicated account manager and priority support. The Pricing page includes the full feature comparison. ### Does VIVIO require a commitment? Brand plans choose between a 6-month commitment with the setup fee included or a 3-month commitment with a €299 setup fee (onboarding on SaaS or a strategy session on managed). Agency Basic and Agency Pro require no commitment, and Agency Enterprise has an annual commitment. ### Why is there a minimum commitment? For two reasons, and both exist so the channel actually works for you. The first is setup: before launching we analyse your business, design the strategy and run the onboarding or strategy session with you. That is real work from our team, and it needs a minimum horizon to make sense. The second is how collaborations work: they are booked ahead. Between a creator accepting, publishing the content and you validating it, several days pass at best, and many collaborations are closed weeks or months in advance. A few days is simply not enough time for the channel to produce results you can judge. The commitment is the minimum window to see it work, not an exit barrier. ### What does the Enterprise plan include? Enterprise is a bespoke program for brands or agencies that need more than a SaaS: advanced technology, custom integrations, global multi-country and multi-brand deployment, and management by VIVIO’s expert team. It is designed from an investment of €2,500/mo with an annual commitment, and quoted according to each organization’s needs. ### How do paid campaigns and their fees work? Paid campaigns are independent from barter collaborations. VIVIO applies a campaign fee (9% on entry plans and 4% on higher plans) plus the transaction; the creator budget is calculated separately. ### Is there a discount for annual billing? Yes. Upfront annual payment applies a 10% discount on the monthly price of all fixed-price plans. It is the only term-based discount: for brands there is no semi-annual discount. ### Can I request a VIVIO demo? Yes.
