How to read the
features.
They only count once accepted by both brand and creator. Requests, reviewed profiles or rejections don't consume your limit.
Basic includes up to 4 accepted collaborations per period, Pro up to 12 and Ultimate up to 25. The collaborations you end up running depend on the appeal of the brand, the offer and the creator filter you set.
On the managed mode, VIVIO guarantees a minimum of 4 collaboration requests per month on Basic, Pro and Ultimate: four creators who meet your requirements and want to work with you. Closing a collaboration depends on both sides, so what is guaranteed are the requests, not completed collaborations. On SaaS each plan limit is a maximum and no minimum is guaranteed.
Independent from barter collaborations. What's included is access to launch paid campaigns; budget, VIVIO fee and transaction are calculated separately.
Limits apply to simultaneously active listings. Extras cost 49 €/mo and expand capacity without changing plans.
The first price is the software subscription: you run the platform. The second adds our team executing the day-to-day for you, with you approving only the decisions that matter.

VIVIO works on a monthly subscription, and every plan comes in two modes: SaaS, where you run the platform, and Managed by VIVIO, where you approve and we execute. For brands (excl. VAT): Basic €299 SaaS / €449 managed, Pro €399 / €799 and Ultimate €599 / €1,399 per month. For agencies: Agency Basic €299 and Agency Pro €499 per month. Upfront annual payment applies a 10% discount, and there is a bespoke Enterprise plan.
